Refund & Return Policy

Custom-Printed Products
All Vesper Wild products are custom-printed on demand specifically for your order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Each item is made to order and cannot be restocked or resold.
When We Will Replace or Refund
We will gladly replace or refund your order if:
- The product arrives damaged in transit
- The product has a printing defect (blurred, misprinted, wrong colours)
- You received the wrong item
- The product is significantly different from what was shown on the website
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
- Email support@vesperwild.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number
- Include photos of the issue (damaged item, defect, wrong product)
- Describe the problem
We will review your request and respond within 48 hours. If approved, we will either send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with our shipping partner. If the order is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within a short window before production begins. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
