Custom-Printed Products

All Vesper Wild products are custom-printed on demand specifically for your order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Each item is made to order and cannot be restocked or resold.

When We Will Replace or Refund

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  1. Email support@vesperwild.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number
  3. Include photos of the issue (damaged item, defect, wrong product)
  4. Describe the problem

We will review your request and respond within 48 hours. If approved, we will either send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with our shipping partner. If the order is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Packages

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and for collecting your package from the carrier, pickup point, customs office, or other delivery location when collection is required.

Because each item is printed to order, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages are not automatically eligible for a full refund. If the package is returned to our fulfillment partner in usable condition, we may offer one of the following, to the extent permitted by law: reshipment after you pay the additional shipping cost, a partial refund after actual production and shipping costs are deducted, or a store credit.

If a package is destroyed, abandoned, or otherwise not returned to our fulfillment partner, we may be unable to reship the order, issue a refund, or provide store credit.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email support@vesperwild.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will attempt to cancel the order before it enters production with our fulfillment partner.

Orders that have not yet entered production can usually be cancelled and fully refunded to your original payment method. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled because each item is printed specifically for you.

Production typically begins within a few hours of payment. The sooner you contact us, the more likely we can cancel.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
