Agreement

By placing an order on vesperwild.com, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Seller

Vesper Wild is operated from Ontario, Canada. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Products

All products are custom printed on demand by our production partners. Product images on the website are mockups generated by our production partners showing the expected appearance of the final product. Colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings and the printing process.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices include shipping (free shipping on all orders). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details including the items purchased, total price, and estimated delivery timeline. This confirmation serves as your receipt and record of the transaction.

Delivery

Products are manufactured after your order is placed. Production: 2-5 business days, US delivery: 5-10 business days after production. See our Shipping Policy for detailed estimates.

Returns and Refunds

Because all products are custom-printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We will replace or refund products that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. See our Refund Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

The designs and artwork displayed on this website are the property of Vesper Wild. Purchasing a product grants you the right to personal, non-commercial use of that physical product. It does not grant rights to reproduce, redistribute, or resell the artwork or designs.

Limitation of Liability

Vesper Wild is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by our production or shipping partners, except as required by applicable consumer protection law. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the total amount paid for that order.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
